2. PRESENTATION
Your specialist will create a detailed presentation with product options, colors, quantity ranges, production timelines and cost information to begin the ordering process from initial discussions.
3. ARTWORK & ESTIMATE
Our trained in-house designers create an art proof from your provided design or a design that we have created for you on the product of your choice. Your specialist then prepares a final estimate that ensures all costs are understood and agreed to.
4. ORDER APPROVAL
After approval of your art proof and cost estimate, your products are moved to production. This is where we confirm your in-hands date and we confirm all logistics of the order.
5. PRODUCTION
Once in production, we handle the details - time to sit back and relax! Your specialist will keep track of your order and in-hands date and keep you aware of the progress along the way.
RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
Ensuring timely arrival of your products is key. Your specialist will confirm how you would like to receive your order and arrange shipping to your business or home in the most efficient manner. If you’d rather pick up from our office, we would love to say hi!
